Famous People with Autism

A lot of people think that people who are born with autism think that they are not going to achieve anything. I’m interested in this topic because a lot of people think that autism people are not going to continue life, but that’s not the truth. This topic is related to Temple Grandin’s Chapter because it shows all of the positivity that autism people struggle but somehow got to be successful because they learned to do it a different way with their autism.   Some of them think they can achieve something. I’m writing this research paper to show the people who think that people with autism are not going to accomplish anything. Well let me tell you that those people are wrong .Autistic people like Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin  were so brilliant that they accomplished and achieved a lot of stuff.

People that have autism often accomplish a lot more and better than a person that does not have autism because they will not be capable of doing it like autism people can. They see stuff, and think stuff different. In the article called “telegraph” it says that a lot of people who had autism achieved great things  in science, art, politics, etc.(Albert Einstein ‘found genius through) It supports my claim because people who have autism achieve a lot of subjects. This shows that autism people do accomplish. It also says that Albert Einstein, Issac Newton, George Orwell, H.G wells, and Ludwig Wittgenstein are very brilliant, and they all had autism.(Albert Einstein ‘found genius through) This is letting me know that there was not only one person; there was a lot of them with autism. They all were very known has brilliant people with autism. Another quote I got from the same article states, “ They can persist with a topic for 20-30 years without being distracted by what other people think. And they can produce in one lifetime the work of three or four other people.”(Albert Einstein ‘found genius through) This supports my claim because of its saying that people with autism do accomplish, and do it better, and faster than other people who don’t have autism. Autism people achieve, and as well accomplish. You will expect it to be more excellent than what’s expected. The reason their work is more excellent is because of their intelligence that is because of their autism.

Furthermore, Albert Einstein had Asperger’s, which is part of autism, and he was one of the smartest people in the world. In the article “ Einstein and Newton ‘had autism’ ” it states, “However, others believe these traits can be attributed to both men’s high intelligence.”(Einstein and Newton ‘had autism’) It supports my claim because it says that whatever autism people do is because it’s coming from their intelligence. It also states, “ In 1921, Albert Einstein won the Nobel prize in physics. It was given to him, not for his theories of relativity but for his discovering of the law of the photoelectric effect.”(Albert Einstein)This quote supports my claim because it says what Albert Einstein accomplished, and achieved. It also states, “ The latest researcher suggest that Einstein, who is credited with developing the theory of relativity,…had this trait to varying degree.” (Einstein and Newton ‘had autism’)This quote specifically says that Albert Einstein was capable of getting a degree because he found a theory of relativity. So that means that he had an education. Knowing that Albert Einstein had Asperger’s autism, he still accomplished a lot of stuff with his intelligence.

Moreover, Charles Darwin had autism as well, but he also accomplished and achieved a lot of stuff. In the article, “6 historical geniuses with autism” it says, “People would think Charles Darwin showed autistic ways because of the ways he would think, and see. It was something that no one was capable of doing.”(6 Historical Geniuses with autism) In other words, what this quote is saying is that Charles Darwin had ways he would do stuff, and how he would see them as well. It was not normal, and this is how they knew Charles Darwin was autistic because the actions he would take were not normal. The reason I say it’s not normal because a human being was not capable of doing it, but it’s an amazing way, and better. In the article,”Famous Autistic People” it states, “ Charles Darwin had autism, he will avoid people all his life. Letters were something he loved to do, and it was a way for him to communicate.”(Famous Autistic People) This quote specifically supports my claim because it says that Charles Darwin had autism, but as a way for him to communicate he would write letters because he loved writing. He was awarded the Copley Medal, and the greatest honor of science. In the article “6 historical geniuses with autism” it states, “ In 1884 Darwin was awarded the Copley Medal, then the greatest honor in science. The award was for: his important researchers in geology, zoology, and botanical physiology.”(6 Historical Geniuses with autism) This supports my claim because it says that Charles Darwin accomplished, and achieved. That is the Copley Medal and the greatest honor of science. Knowing he was autistic.

In conclusion, People that have autism accomplish a lot more and better than a person that does not have autism. Albert Einstein had Asperger’s autism, he got his education and was capable of getting a degree because he accomplished the theory of relativity, which he expanded it to General Theory of Reality. 1991 he won a Nobel Prize in Physics for discovering the law of photoelectric effect. Charles Darwin was autistic, and he was capable of doing stuff that no else could be able to do. He would avoid people all his life, and a way for him to communicate was through writing letters. He won A Copley medal, and the greatest honor in science. This shows that people with autism also known as autistic and Asperger’s can accomplish, and a lot more. There capable of doing more, and way better than people who don’t have autism. Autism makes them way smarter, by thinking, and doing stuff in a way that people without autism cannot be able to do. By doing all this research, I now think that autism people are amazing. The reason I say that is because there capable of doing stuff that people without autism cannot do. We can also learn from them, and a lot. People that think autism people cannot do nothing, they should start to think different, because they can also help you, help others, and help the whole world.
